Feedback and project research
Active authenticated users can open Feedback in the application navigation. The first tab is Vote on what is next, followed by Quick feedback for a specific problem or idea and Help shape Projects for the guided project-workflow questionnaire.
Both forms send their final response through the company server to a separate, operator-owned private collector. The collector assigns a reference and receives the signed-in author, company instance and deployed release from server-owned metadata. The company workspace cannot browse the central collector, and company administrators cannot read another user’s product feedback.
Vote on what is next
Section titled “Vote on what is next”An open ballot presents a small operator-curated set of potential outcomes. Choose one; you can change or withdraw that vote until the ballot closes. Aggregate results remain hidden until you vote so early totals do not steer the choice. The collector stores an instance-scoped one-way user identifier rather than voter names, email addresses or free text.
Voting informs prioritisation; it does not guarantee scope, order or a delivery date. After closure, the latest result remains visible. An option can be marked Selected for review, Future candidate or Not proceeding after the operator also considers feasibility, risk, effort and how many companies took part. Runners-up do not disappear or become the next winner automatically. If a candidate appears on a later ballot, it receives a new option and starts with no carried votes.
Send quick feedback
Section titled “Send quick feedback”Open Quick feedback, choose Bug, Confusing or Feature request, then record:
- the impact and how often it happens;
- a short subject;
- what happened or what was unclear;
- the desired outcome, when it would help the review.
Keep customer names, addresses, quotation values, personal data and credentials out of the message.
Add a screenshot only after review
Section titled “Add a screenshot only after review”PNG and JPEG screenshots are optional. Before attaching one, crop it to the relevant surface and check every visible field, browser tab and notification. Confirm in the form that it contains no sensitive data.
The collector normalises reviewed screenshots, stores them in private object storage and retains them for up to 90 days. Screenshots must be PNG or JPEG and no larger than 5 MB. JPEG remains JPEG and PNG remains PNG after normalization. Short per-user and per-company submission limits are applied before the collector decodes an image; wait and retry if the form reports that limit.
Quote Control keeps a content-free delivery receipt and audit event in the company database rather than storing the message or screenshot as a searchable company record.
Help shape Projects
Section titled “Help shape Projects”Open Help shape Projects to describe one real project, its stages, participants, current tools, recurring friction, tracking needs, preferred views and feature priorities.
- Save and resume one draft associated with your account.
- Submit only after all required answers and priorities are complete.
- Review and copy the deterministic summary generated from your answers.
- Reopen your response when you need to amend it. A later submission receives a new central reference and does not alter the earlier response.
The view examples link to maintained register, Kanban, Gantt, calendar, dashboard and visual-workflow components so you can compare interaction styles. They are references only. The questionnaire does not install those packages or create live projects.
The current release does not create project tasks, milestones, budgets, variations, notifications, documents or links to quotations and orders. It does not add project metrics to the dashboard or Timeline.
Get access or workflow help
Section titled “Get access or workflow help”Contact your company administrator for a lost temporary password, role change, missing module or record-visibility question. Use the private pilot support route agreed by your company when sign-in is unavailable.
Do not use feedback to report credentials or suspected security vulnerabilities.
